1. Warehousing Operations: Introduction to the roles and responsibilities of warehouse staff, understanding different types of warehouses, and the functions and processes involved in warehousing operations.
2. Inventory Control: Techniques and strategies for effective inventory management, including stock rotation, stock counting, and maintaining accurate records.
3. Health and Safety in Warehousing: Understanding health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment, risk assessment, and implementing safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees.
4. Customer Service in Warehousing: Developing excellent customer service skills to meet customer requirements, handling customer queries and complaints, and providing efficient and effective service.
5. Effective Communication: Enhancing communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues, supervisors, and customers within the warehousing context.
6. Teamwork and Collaboration: Understanding the importance of teamwork in warehouse operations, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
