5. Customer Service: Students learn about providing excellent customer service in the context of event planning, including communication skills, handling client requests, and resolving conflicts.
6. Financial Management: This module covers budgeting, cost estimation, financial planning, and profitability analysis for events.

Assessment
The assessment is done via submission of assignment. There are no written exams.
