1. Occupational Health and Safety Principles: Introduction to occupational health and safety regulations, standards, and practices. Understanding the legal framework and responsibilities of employers and employees in maintaining a safe working environment.

2. Hazard Identification and Assessment: Identification and assessment of workplace hazards such as chemical exposures, physical hazards, biological agents, ergonomic risks, and psychosocial factors. Techniques for conducting hazard assessments, risk analysis, and control measures.

3. Occupational Exposure Monitoring: Techniques for monitoring and measuring occupational exposures to various hazards. Training in sampling methods, equipment calibration, data collection, and interpretation of exposure data.

4. Occupational Hygiene Controls: Strategies for controlling workplace hazards and implementing effective control measures. Topics may include engineering controls, administrative controls, personal protective equipment (PPE), and ventilation systems.
