2. Change Management Strategies: This course focuses on developing effective change management strategies and plans. Students will explore various change models and frameworks, learn how to assess the impact of change on different stakeholders, and develop strategies to address resistance to change.

3. Leadership in Change Management: This course examines the role of leadership in driving and facilitating change within an organization.
